RYA Powerboat Level II is regarded as an international small boat driving licence accepted in much of Europe and is a legal requirement for anyone driving the tender to a superyacht or working as an RYA windsurfing, dinghy sailing instructor or Australian Sail Master.
The qualification entitles the holder to apply for an International Certificate of Competence for powerboats under 10m.

The course is taught by an experienced RYA qualified instructor using our high-speed, ex-police, rigid inflatable rescue craft.
You will spend the first day learning how to safely drive the boats and the second-day developing basic pilotage skills which you will then use to execute a short passage.
We operate in small groups, according to strict teaching ratios (maximum of 3), to ensure all participants have plenty of time, in the driver’s seat, in charge of the boat.
Vessel equipped with small canopy but please remember to wear sunscreen.
