What is Corporate Sailing Team Building?
The program pairs your team up with our experienced and friendly skippers who teach you all the fundamentals of sailing a yacht. All participants take turns steering the yacht while learning tacking, gybing, and how the wind affects the direction of the yacht. No matter your skill level, our skippers tailor the experience to make each participant feel as comfortable as possible. Sailing and operating a yacht requires teamwork, as each member of your team is given a role, just like in the workplace. Sailing team building provides you and your team with a brand-new set of skills to transfer to the office.

Where Do We Set Sail From?
Southern Cross Yachting is based out of Wynnum-Manly in Southeast Queensland, and from there we set sail to Moreton Bay Marine Park. The best kept secret in the sailing world, the bay offers spectacular views of Moreton Island and the surrounding beaches. The bay is home to beautiful sea life, with our guests regularly spotting dolphins, dugongs, turtles, and even whales throughout their sailing team building adventures.
